2. Two-stage (three-stage) temperature control/injection speed/back pressure and other non-segmental adjustment, more suitable for precision plastic and other parts molding.
3. Fast mold locking / low pressure slow shutdown, mold locking abnormal platform automatically emergency mold opening, this special safety design, can play a protective role in the mold and so on.
4. Lower mold fixed/upper mold movable type, molding inserts are well positioned in the mold. The finished products have hydraulic ejector device, which can take out the finished products very conveniently and easily.
5. Electronic control parts/hydraulic parts using domestic and foreign famous brands, precision and durable, low noise. Clamping force 15, the hydraulic system has a traditional oil circuit, single speed ratio oil circuit, double speed ratio oil circuit. Three kinds for customers to choose.
6. Can be installed with a single slide mold 1S, double slide mold 2S, right-angle slide plate, disk, so that the robot is more convenient, more efficient, more secure.
