      Injection molding machine is a main molding equipment that uses plastic molding molds to make plastic products of various shapes from thermoplastics or thermosetting plastics. It heats the plastic and applies high pressure to it to make it eject and fill the mold cavity.
The control of the injection molding machine operating system is mainly achieved in the following ways:
      Traditional control method: Traditional injection molding machines generally use simple open-loop control, that is, they are controlled according to pre-set values. During the equipment manufacturing process, parameter values such as clamping force, cycle time, temperature, etc. are pre-set and maintained by the machine during the production process.For example, the mold temperature can be maintained by controlling the temperature of the heating fluid, and the plasticizing temperature can be maintained by controlling the power of the external heating device. This control method has a simple structure, but poor anti-interference ability and relatively low control temperature. Modern control method: At present, more injection molding machines use closed-loop control, that is, they are controlled according to the deviation between the online measurement value and the set value. The closed-loop control system uses a negative feedback loop with strong anti-interference ability. When the injection speed, injection pressure, cavity temperature, cavity pressure, melt temperature and oil pressure deviate due to interference during the production process, the machine automatically corrects the interference through the control system. This control method has strong anti-interference ability and high control accuracy. Control elements: The elements controlled by the injection molding machine robot control system include operation sequence, arrival position, action time, movement speed, acceleration and deceleration, etc. The injection molding machine robot control system can be planned and controlled by digital sequence according to the needs of the action.
      It must first compile a program for storage, and then control the robot to perform operations according to the prescribed program. There are two ways to store the program: separate storage and centralized storage.
Separate storage is to store the information of various control elements in two or more storage devices, such as the sequence information is stored in the latch plate, cam drum, and perforated belt, and the position information is stored in the time relay, fixed speed reversal drum, etc.;
      Centralized storage is to store all the information of various control elements in a storage device, such as magnetic tape, magnetic drum, etc. This method is used in situations where sequence, position, time, speed, etc. must be controlled at the same time.
The performance of the injection molding machine control system mainly depends on the process control algorithm, which is the core and key part of the entire control system.
