Its mold clamping part and injection part are on the same horizontal center line, and the mold is opened in the horizontal direction. Its characteristics are: the machine body is short, easy to operate and maintain; the machine has a low center of gravity and is relatively stable to install; after the product is ejected, it can automatically fall down by gravity, and it is easy to achieve full automatic operation. Its disadvantages are: mold installation is more troublesome, the mold may tilt or fall if the insert is released, and the machine tool occupies a large area. Most injection molding machines on the market use this type.
