Structural Features

Operating Principle

When the injection molding machine is in operation, two plastic raw materials of different colors or materials are first added to the barrels of the two injection units and heated and melted. The disc then rotates to the first station, where the first injection unit injects the first plastic into the mold cavity, completing the first injection. Next, the disc rotates to the second station, where the second injection unit injects the second plastic onto the already molded first plastic, completing the second injection. Finally, the disc rotates to the third station. After cooling and solidification, the mold opens and the molded two-color plastic product is removed.
