How to use horizontal injection molding machine

Before starting the horizontal injection molding machine, the following points should be done:
(1) Check whether there is lubricating oil (grease) in each moving part, and add enough lubricating oil.
(2) Turn on the electric heating and heat each section of the barrel. When the temperature of each section reaches the requirement, keep it warm for a period of time to stabilize the machine temperature. The insulation time varies according to the requirements of different equipment and plastic raw materials.
(3) Add enough plastic in the hopper. According to the requirements of different plastics for injection molding, some raw materials are best dried first.
(4) Cover the heat insulation cover on the barrel, which can save electricity and extend the life of the electric heating coil and current contactor.
(5) Check whether there is water or oil in the electrical control box. If the electrical appliance is damp, do not start the machine. The maintenance personnel should blow the electrical parts dry before starting the machine.
(6) Check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements, which should generally not exceed ±15%.
(7) Check whether the emergency stop switch and the front and rear safety door switches are normal. Verify whether the rotation direction of the motor and the oil pump are consistent.
(8) Check whether each cooling pipe is unobstructed, and supply cooling water to the cooling water jacket at the oil cooler and barrel end.
