In a stable production cycle, the quality of the finished product is unstable, which may be caused by wear of mechanical parts or improper adjustment.

Noise generation of imported horizontal injection molding machines
Abnormal noise generation indicates that parts are damaged or improperly adjusted. The cause should be found out according to the location of the noise and repaired immediately.
1. Insufficient hydraulic oil in the oil tank, air inhalation in the oil pump or blockage of dirt in the oil filter will cause the oil pump to lack oil, causing bubbles in the oil to be discharged and hit the blades to produce noise. The solution is to check the oil volume, prevent air inhalation and clean the oil filter.
2. The hydraulic oil has high viscosity and increases flow resistance, so it is necessary to replace the appropriate hydraulic oil.
3. Due to damage to the bearings or blades of the oil pump or motor, the concentricity deviation of the coupling causes noise, and the concentricity must be adjusted or parts must be replaced.
4. The directional valve fails to respond but the function is still there, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blockage, inflexible movement, and solenoid valve failure due to insufficient current will also produce noise. The solution is to clean the valve core. The valve core must be replaced with a new part if it is worn, and the current must be stable and sufficient.
5. Hydraulic component damage or oil pipeline blockage causes noise when the hydraulic oil flows at high speed.
6. Mechanical failure, bearing wear or lack of lubricating oil or loose parts, find out the reasons and tighten or replace the parts.
Horizontal injection molding machine ensures sufficient lubricating oil:
The abnormal rise of oil temperature due to excessive oil temperature may be caused by abnormal cooling system or high heat generated by oil pressure components during operation.
1. Abnormal cooling system
1. Insufficient supply of cooling system, such as water valve not fully opened, insufficient water pressure or water pump flow does not meet the needs.
2. Pipeline blockage, such as filter, cooling tower or water pipe blockage.
3. Cooling water temperature is too high, such as insufficient heat dissipation capacity of cooling tower, or damage or high temperature.
2. High heat generated by hydraulic system
1. Damaged oil pump, internal parts wear and generate high heat when rotating at high speed.
2. Improper pressure regulation, hydraulic system is in high pressure state for a long time and overheats.
3. Internal leakage of oil pressure components, such as damaged directional valve or damaged sealing ring, which generates heat when high pressure oil flows through a small space.
