Some parts of domestic high-end injection molding machines still rely on imported products, especially high-speed and high-response products.
According to the "Foshan Plastic Processing and Injection Molding Machinery Industry Chain Supply Chain Research Report", in 2022, the localization of core parts of domestic injection molding machines:
Screws - domestic products can account for more than 50% in low-speed applications, and Ryan Precision Machine Tool Accessories Co., Ltd. is the best in China, but high-speed and heavy-load are still monopolized by Japan.
Screws - domestic companies rarely import screws directly, usually screw manufacturers import raw materials, and the main sources of raw materials are Japan and Germany. Domestic products can basically meet the demand, but there is a gap in special engineering raw material molding and high
precision and high stability.
Hydraulic system - 90% of hydraulic valves in hydraulic systems rely on imports.
Servo motors - very few domestic companies use them in batches, mainly foreign companies use them, but high-response motors need to be imported, and the estimated proportion is about 80%.
Servo drive - domestic growth is rapid, except for individual designated and high-end applications using German brands, there is almost no room for foreign brands.
Controllers - In terms of quantity, domestic products account for 80%, but high-end applications are still concentrated in imported brands.
Seals - Mainly imported, with fewer and fewer Taiwanese brands, and there is almost no choice for domestic substitution.
