(I): Hydraulic oil contamination:
(1): Air is mixed into the oil. This is mainly caused by poor sealing of pipe joints, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, etc. This is manifested by bubbles on the oil tank.
(2): Water is mixed into the oil. This will turn the oil milky white. This is mainly caused by water leakage in the cooler or a humid environment.
(3): Solid impurities are mixed into the oil. This is mainly caused by chips, welding slag, rust flakes, and metal powder.
(4): Gel-like substances are produced in the oil. This is mainly caused by the seal being corroded by the oil or the oil being deteriorated, which causes gel-like substances to be produced in the oil. This gel-like substance often clogs the small holes.
(II): What is the effect of temperature on the viscosity of hydraulic oil:
The effects caused: (1): When the temperature rises, the viscosity of the oil decreases. Changes in the viscosity of the oil directly affect the performance and leakage of the hydraulic system. (The normal temperature is between 30 and 50°C)
(III): Creeping failure:
Causes: (1): Poor lubrication conditions. "Pause-slide-pause" occurs. Increase the amount of lubrication.
(2): Air is infiltrated into the hydraulic system. Exhaust is required.
(3): Mechanical rigidity reasons. Parts are worn and deformed, causing friction changes and creeping. Replace parts.
(IV): After the machine is started for a period of production, the oil pump makes noises.
Treatment methods: (1): The oil suction pipe is of poor quality or the throat is not tightened. Remove the filter screen to check whether it is deformed. Whether the oil suction pipe is layered. Replace the oil pipe and filter screen.
(2): The filter screen is not clean. Are there too many impurities in the hydraulic oil? Clean the filter screen.
(3): Oil pump wear: Check the oil pump oil distribution plate and rotor end face for wear. Replace the oil pump.
(V): After the motor is started, the pressure gauge has pressure but no flow.
Treatment methods: (1): The DA board is broken, repair the DA board.
(2): The overflow valve is stuck. Remove the overflow valve for inspection, clean the overflow valve or replace the pressure gauge for inspection.
(VI): No pressure flow
(1): Check whether the rotation direction of the motor oil pump is normal.
(2): Check for oil leakage.
(3): Check if there is current in the pressure flow valve.
(4): Check if there is pressure on the pressure valve core with the hexagon socket, replace or clean it.
