Structural Features
• Dual-slide plate design: The upper mold moves up and down, while the lower mold slides left and right. The lower mold platen has two identical lower molds. After injection molding, the lower mold platen slides back and forth from under the upper mold platen, making it easy for operators or robots to remove parts. This also solves the problem of insufficient mold opening height, which prevents easy removal of parts.
Performance Advantages
• High production efficiency: The upper mold can operate intermittently. While one injection is in progress, the other lower mold can remove the part and prepare for the next injection. This achieves efficiency approximately twice that of a standard vertical injection molding machine.
• Safe operation: After the lower mold platen slides out, the operator can remove the part from a safe distance, reducing operational risks.
• High injection precision: Select models utilize dual-proportional computer control. The injection unit utilizes a two-cylinder balanced injection system with multi-stage temperature control to ensure stable injection, precise pressure and flow, and consistent product quality.
